Welcome to "Favier l'Atelier for 6" located in the heart of the Monts du Matin, not far from Crest and Valence! Come and appreciate all the charms of the valley, offering you a stopover for a weekend, a week, or more. This cottage has been specially designed if you come with family or friends up to 6 people divided into a room and a dormitory. Straddling the Rhône valley, the foothills of the Vercors and the Drôme valley, you will be less than 10 minutes from Crest where you can easily take advantage of the varied tourist offer in the area: the Drôme river, the Upie zoo, the train station des Ramières, the Tour de Crest, the perched villages and local markets, the foothills of the Vercors, the 3 Becs massif, the Saoû syncline... Hélène practices ceramics and it will sometimes be possible to extend the experience by attending the workshops and cooking. Possibility also on site to book and receive a massage session with our well-being massage practitioner.
The cottage is located on our property including a beautiful play and relaxation room of 90m² for your exclusive use. On the 1st level: living room (kitchen area and lounge area), bedroom (optional: 2x80x200 or 1x160x200), modern bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, games room with French billiards and relaxation area. On the 2nd level (access by a miller's ladder): attic dormitory (possible bedding: 1x140x190 and 4x90x190). The sauna is for your exclusive use, however, for your well-being and maximum benefits, it is practiced in moderation. On site, to share: pizza oven, pétanque court, table tennis, badminton, outdoor courtyard, garden. When you return from your walks, after having trudged or strolled, you can also devour one of the many books in the bedroom library. There is happiness in the air, sheltered from the hustle and bustle, we are in the countryside, quiet, but close to all amenities and services (Crest and Chabeuil 10km away).

Vieni ad apprezzare tutto il fascino della valle, offrendoti una sosta per un weekend, una settimana o più. Questo cottage è stato appositamente progettato se venite con la famiglia o gli amici fino a 6 persone divise in una stanza e un dormitorio. A cavallo tra la valle del Rodano, le pendici del Vercors e la valle della Drôme, sarai a meno di 10 minuti da Crest, dove potrai facilmente sfruttare la variegata offerta turistica della zona: il fiume Drôme, lo zoo di Upie, la stazione ferroviaria des Ramières, il Tour de Crest, i villaggi arroccati e i mercati rionali, le pendici del Vercors, il massiccio dei 3 Becs, la sinclinale di Saoû... Hélène pratica la ceramica e talvolta sarà possibile prolungare l'esperienza frequentando i laboratori e cucinando. Possibilità anche in loco di prenotare e ricevere una seduta di massaggio con il nostro massaggiatore del benessere.
Il casolare si trova all'interno della nostra proprietà e comprende una bellissima sala giochi e relax di 90 mq ad uso esclusivo. Al 1° livello: soggiorno (angolo cottura e zona soggiorno), camera da letto (optional: 2x80x200 o 1x160x200), bagno moderno con cabina doccia, WC separato, sala giochi con biliardo francese e zona relax. Al 2° livello (accesso tramite scala da mugnaio): dormitorio mansardato (possibilità letti: 1x140x190 e 4x90x190). La sauna è ad uso esclusivo, tuttavia, per il vostro benessere e massimi benefici, è praticata con moderazione. Sul posto, da condividere: forno per pizza, campo di bocce, ping pong, badminton, cortile esterno, giardino. Quando torni dalle tue passeggiate, dopo aver arrancato o passeggiato, puoi anche divorare uno dei tanti libri nella biblioteca della cameretta. C'è felicità nell'aria, al riparo dal caos e dalla frenesia, siamo in campagna, tranquilli, ma vicini a tutti i comfort e servizi (Crest e Chabeuil a 10 km).

Dieses Ferienhaus wurde speziell entworfen, wenn Sie mit Familie oder Freunden kommen, bis zu 6 Personen, aufgeteilt in ein Zimmer und einen Schlafsaal. Zwischen dem Rhône-Tal, den Ausläufern des Vercors und dem Drôme-Tal gelegen, sind Sie weniger als 10 Minuten von Crest entfernt, wo Sie bequem das vielfältige touristische Angebot der Region nutzen können: den Fluss Drôme, den Upie-Zoo, den Bahnhof des Ramières, der Tour de Crest, die hochgelegenen Dörfer und lokalen Märkte, die Ausläufer des Vercors, das 3-Becs-Massiv, die Saoû-Mulde... Hélène praktiziert Keramik und es wird manchmal möglich sein, die Erfahrung durch die Teilnahme an den Workshops und zu erweitern Kochen.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück inklusive einem schönen Spiel- und Ruheraum von 90m² zur exklusiven Nutzung. Auf der 1. Ebene: Wohnzimmer (Küchenbereich und Loungebereich), Schlafzimmer (wahlweise: 2x80x200 oder 1x160x200), modernes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, separates WC, Spielzimmer mit französischem Billard und Ruhebereich. Auf der 2. Ebene (Zugang über eine Müllerleiter): Mansardenlager (mögliche Betten: 1x140x190 und 4x90x190). Die Sauna steht Ihnen ausschließlich zur Verfügung, wird jedoch für Ihr Wohlbefinden und maximalen Nutzen in Maßen praktiziert. Vor Ort zur Mitbenutzung: Pizzaofen, Pétanque-Platz, Tischtennis, Badminton, Innenhof, Garten. Wenn Sie von Ihren Spaziergängen zurückkommen, können Sie nach einem Spaziergang oder Spaziergang auch eines der vielen Bücher in der Schlafzimmerbibliothek verschlingen.

A cheval entre vallée du Rhône, contreforts du Vercors et vallée de la Drôme, vous serez à moins de 10min de Crest où vous pourrez aisément profiter de l'offre touristique variée du secteur : la rivière Drôme, le zoo d'Upie, la gare des Ramières, la Tour de Crest, les villages perchés et marchés locaux, les contreforts du Vercors, le massif des 3 Becs, le synclinal de Saoû... Hélène pratique la céramique et il sera parfois possible de prolonger l'expérience en assistant aux ateliers et cuissons. Possibilité également sur place de réserver et recevoir une séance de massage auprès de notre praticienne en massage bien-être.
Le gîte est situé sur notre propriété comprenant une belle pièce de jeux et de détente de 90m² à votre usage exclusif. Au 1er niveau : pièce de vie (coin cuisine et coin salon), chambre (au choix : 2x80x200 ou 1x160x200), salle d'eau moderne avec douche à l'italienne, wc séparé, salle de jeux avec billard français et espace détente. Au 2nd niveau (accès par une échelle de meunier) : dortoir mansardé (literie possible : 1x140x190 et 4x90x190). Le sauna est à votre usage exclusif, néanmoins, pour votre bien-être et le maximum de bienfaits, il se pratique avec modération. Sur place, à partager : four à pizza, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong, badminton, cour extérieure, jardin. Au retour de vos promenades, après avoir crapahuté ou flâné vous pourrez aussi dévorer l'un des nombreux livres de la bibliothèque de la chambre. Il y a du bonheur dans l'air, à l'abri de l'agitation, nous sommes en campagne, au calme, mais à proximité de toutes les commodités et services (Crest et Chabeuil à 10km).
