Enjoy a fabulous holiday in the Royans uplands. The Mas des Gros, between Drôme and Isère, under 60 min. from Grenoble & 30 min. from Valence TGV station, in Vercors Regional Nature park, has wonderful open views of the Combe Laval (listed site), mountains and limestone cliffs. Truly charming, quality property located just 10 min. from St-Jean-en-Royans and St-Nazaire-en-Royans, ideal for holiday or short break exploring the Royans-Vercors. Within 10-30 minute radius: Thaïs cave, paddle boat, Water museum, cliffside 'hanging' houses at Pont-en-Royans, Choranche cave, Bournillon cirque, medieval village of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, etc. 40 min. away: Font d'Urle, Col du Rousset & Corrençon-en-Vercors ski resorts, Herbouilly cross-country ski centre. Hiking and mountain bike trails on the doorstep.

Traditional Royans tobacco drying barn nicely converted into cosy and welcoming gîte, Le Mas des Gros. Claudine is responsible for its tasteful décor and well-planned layout. Accommodation on two levels. Ground floor: open-plan living room with dining, kitchen & lounge areas, utility room, WC (wash-hand basin). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed in each), shower room/WC, landing lounge area opening onto attic mezzanine. Outdoor areas under construction.
