Located between the Drôme and Ardeche, on banks of river Rhône, near N102 road, south of lake at Montmeillan leisure centre and riding school at Montélimar. Via-Rhôna (long distance cycle track) 1km. Caverne du Pont d'Arc 43km.
Fitted kitchen, lounge (sofa bed), bedroom (double bed, single bed), shower room. Cot and high chair. Utility room. Enclosed courtyard. Heating: wood or electric.
