4 gîtes on fully renovated traditional farm near owner's house, ideally located in upper part of village, surrounded by Croze-Hermitage vineyards and apricot orchards. Views of the Ardeche, Vercors, Rhône valley and historic northern Rhône vineyards (Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph appellations). Peaceful unspoilt countryside setting, 3,000 sq.m. of grounds on old subsistence farm, yet close to major roads and large towns: 3.5km from exit 13 off A7 motorway, 20km from Valence, 17km from Romans-sur-Isere, 20 min. from Valence-TGV station at Alixan, 5km/8 min. from Tain l'Hermitage railway station.

Ground floor: large open-plan kitchen/living room & lounge area (warm/cool air system), shower room/WC, bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds OR king-size bed) (2 single beds) (4 single beds), shower room, WC.
